
Marc Core, also known as Marc.Co, is a sound artist from Sauerland who moved near Cologne in 2010. His passion for electronic music ignited in 1996 when he acquired turntables and vinyl. Early inspiration came from the modular FORMANT synthesizer, which he built as a child in his parents' workshop. In 7th grade, Marc and a friend introduced electronic music at a school disco, kickstarting his DJ career. Over the years, he invested in equipment like the MPC 2000XL and Technics turntables, transforming his room into a creative hub. By 2000, he was producing techno tracks, some of which were released on vinyl. Marc developed his craft while performing across Europe, creating immersive soundscapes with his live shows.
